Creative Committee, Co-Curator, Juror
Kim is a local artist and long-time resident of Overlea. She graduated from Maryland Institute College of Art with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design & Fine Arts. She operates her own graphic arts business where she designs everything from business cards to billboards, websites and event displays. She designs and produces the Overlea Community’s award-winning quarterly newsletter, as well as flyers for many neighborhood events. Additionally, Kim has completed numerous commissions for fine art portraits painted in oil on canvas. She has also designed and installed several street murals in the Overlea community. Kim organizes and leads our Paint Party fundraising events that help raise money for ArtsFest.
