Thank you for submitting your films to the Overlea ArtsFest Film Festival! All information fields must be filled out completely. You may submit up to three short films between 1 minute and 15 minutes in length for consideration in any category.

NEW PROCEDURES THIS YEAR:

Film genre categories have changed – see below for new categories.
There is a nominal fee of $20 to submit up to 3 total films in any category. This will apply to each category submitted. To avoid the fee, filmmakers have the option to provide 3 hours of volunteer service at ArtsFest. Please indicate your preference.
Virtual screening access to all accepted films will be available on our website from July 9^th thru the end of 2024.
Winning films will be screened in person at Screen on the Green at Holt Park on Friday August 9^th, on the opening night of Overlea ArtsFest.
